We specialize in residential interior design, with a focus on kitchen and bath. Our goal is to provide you with plans that function and are simple to execute regardless of the complexity of the project. Whether you are just getting started on a new build, or planning a renovation for your existing home, we are excited to help you develop and realize a vision for your space that will enhance your daily life and bring you joy!

Our Network
Building lasting relationships with all clients, trades and suppliers on every project is our priority. The construction process can involve stressful situations, and our philosophy is to treat everyone on the job site with respect as each individual is equally as important to the success of the project. We want clients to be happy with the quality and range of the work, which is why we endeavor to continually learn about new products and make connections with the talented architects, contractors, trades and suppliers in Victoria and around the globe. Our constant craving for growth and connection keeps our designs innovative.
About Atarah
Founder and Principal designer, Atarah Naavah Humphreys, is an Italian trained designer with a passion for modern design. Atarah has been designing since she was a young child learning how to sew on her father's industrial sewing machine (still her prized possession, used for many upholstery hobby projects). This creative spirit carried on throughout her life but her practical, mathematical side drew her to study a Bachelor of Commerce at Queen's University, which has served useful for preparing and managing complex budgets with ease.
In 2008, she decided to follow her passion for Interior Design, studying in Florence, Italy. Attending world renowned design shows such as the Salone del Mobile and the Biannelle remain highlights of her educational experiences and helped shape her modern aesthetic. Atarah has run a cabinetry business in Mazatlan, Mexico and then dedicated 12 years as designer of fine kitchens at Urbana Kitchens in Victoria, BC where she has designed thousands of functional and beautiful spaces in a variety of styles and finishes.
Atarah now spearheads Naavah Design's endeavours to create exceptional, unique, high performance spaces. She is creative yet practical in her approach to interior design. She can create a vision for the space, express the vision through clear construction drawings and 3D renders, and advise on the materials and products available so specifications to suppliers is seamless and the process is fun and effortless.
