Collaborating with Simcic Architecture, the execution of the millwork was completed for this minimalist custom home. This custom kitchen included slatted fridge and freezer panels, 12mm Neolith countertops. 6mm white Neolith surface was also custom mitred around the hoodfan, applied to the upper cabinet doors, mitred into the window sills, and cut around the drop down TV lift behind the upper cabi
Custom metal fridge and freezer pulls were fabricated to match the edge pulls but in a larger, more practical scale. The Neolith cladding on the hoodfan extends into the window frame for a seamless look.
With limited wall space in order to maximize the view, the fireplace and TV unit needed to be made in a way to incorporate everything in a small footprint. The custom slatted panels hide storage to the left and right of the TV for components.
The principal ensuite offers a muted, tonal pallete with white oak cabinetry. U-shaped drawers under the sink maximize storage.
Shallow medicine cabinets with mirrored fronts were recessed into the wall, with custom sandblasted sections in between to offer even LED light around the vanity.
White oak cabinetry in the closet created consistency throughout the principal bedroom suite.
